At GreenX, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our solar inverters, solar panels, and related products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 2 days of purchase.

  • The product is in unused and original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

  • Items returned beyond the specified return period.

  • Products that were purchased under clearance or special discount offers, unless they arrive defective.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support team at contact@greenx.pk with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

  3. Return the Product: Ship the item back to our designated address. The return shipping cost may be covered based on the reason for the refund.

  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with our refund policy.

  5. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange if they receive a defective or incorrect item. The exchange process follows the same steps as the refund process.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it must be processed through the standard return procedure.
