Shipping Destinations

We ship our products to customers nationwide. For international orders, please contact our support team at contact@greenx.com to check availability.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customized or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options to meet customer needs:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations for urgent orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Free shipping may be available for orders discussed at the time of purchase.
Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 1 day of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
